How can this pass when they know how much Americans are against this? I don’t understand how dem continue to work in any way they want to without any regard to rules that republicans seem to make excuses to sign on with dems saying they have to follow rules? At what point do We the People displace this entire regime for egregious breaches of the Constitution and our laws of processes?
